Commander's Award for Public Service (Army, honorary award)

The Commander's Award for Public Service is the fourth highest
public service honorary award that may be granted to a private citizen.
Any individual is eligible for this award, except for those Army civilian
employees who are eligible for Army honorary awards, military personnel, or Army
contractors.
This award is given to recognise service or achievements that contribute
significantly to the accomplishment of the mission of an Army activity, command,
or staff agency.
